Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Estatera. By creating an organisation workspace, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your company.

The platform is provided on a subscription basis. Each organisation is responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters, the access it grants to its team members and external parties (suppliers, buyers), and the actions taken on the platform.

We commit to commercially reasonable security, uptime, and support. Service levels for Enterprise plans are documented separately.
