FAQ

Questions, answered.

Is Estatera built specifically for Nigerian construction?+

Yes. From governor's consent and state-specific planning approvals, to material categories like cement, blocks, granite, steel and roofing sheets, to Naira-denominated cost reporting — the workflows reflect how Nigerian developers actually deliver projects.

How does it compare to Asite, Access Coins, Primavera, Project Online?+

Estatera consolidates the best ideas from those platforms, but is simpler, more affordable, and easier for SMEs and mid-market developers to adopt. It pairs powerful project control with modern UX and AI insights.

Can we migrate from Excel?+

Yes. BoQ, suppliers, cost codes and buyer payment plans can be imported. Most teams are productive within a week.

Does each user only see their data?+

Yes — Estatera is multi-tenant from day one with row-level security. Buyers see only their own units and payments. Suppliers see only RFQs and POs assigned to them. Internal staff see only what their role allows.

Is the AI safe to use with financial data?+

Yes. AI is tenant-aware and role-aware, cites the records it references, never approves payments, and labels its outputs as draft. All AI actions are logged.

What runs on mobile?+

Site reports, daily diaries, labour attendance, materials received, snags and photos are mobile-first with offline draft support.

Do you integrate with banks / accounting systems?+

Integrations roll out in subsequent phases — including bank payment files, accounting exports and WhatsApp notifications.

Can we host privately?+

Enterprise customers can request private deployments. The standard offering is a fully-managed multi-tenant SaaS.
