This Privacy Policy describes how Estatera handles personal data collected when you use our construction ERP and project-control platform. We treat tenant data as confidential and apply row-level security so each organisation's information is isolated.
We collect only the data needed to provide the service — account information, project records you enter, and usage telemetry. We do not sell personal data, and we share it only with sub-processors required to operate the platform.
Buyer and supplier portals expose strictly the information assigned to each individual. AI features are scoped to your organisation only and respect role-based permissions.
